Hemodos Pharmaceuticals is a Bengaluru-based pharmaceutical company with international operations and strong exposure to European regulatory frameworks. A key challenge in their workflow was the manual extraction of Manufacturer and Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) data from multiple European GMP portals. The existing process was time-intensive, error-prone, and lacked centralized data management. Hemodos required an automated, accurate, and scalable solution to streamline regulatory data collection and improve operational efficiency.

Tapitt designed and developed a fully agentic AI-powered automation system to eliminate manual dependency in Hemodos’ regulatory data workflows. The solution intelligently scrapes official European GMP portals across multiple countries including France, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and others extracting Manufacturer and MA Holder information with high accuracy and consistency.

The system was built with adaptive scraping intelligence, allowing AI agents to handle varying website structures and regulatory formats across different countries. Extracted data is automatically cleaned, structured, and stored in a secure centralized database, complete with timestamps and searchable references ensuring audit readiness and traceability.

To make the data easily accessible, we designed an interactive dashboard that allows users to view results in real time, apply filters, sort records, track search history, and export data in CSV format. The interface prioritizes clarity and usability, enabling regulatory teams to manage large datasets without technical complexity.

The entire platform was optimized for mobile responsiveness, allowing users to access, review, and export regulatory data directly from smartphones and tablets. This transformed a previously manual, fragmented process into a self-sustaining, intelligent automation system that delivers real-time insights with minimal effort.
